All our vintages are made from carefully selected grapes, coming from the two unique grape varieties recognised by the Beaujolais appellations, Gamay for the reds and Chardonnay for the whites.
Maturation work is the core of our business, and we are constantly evolving and adapting our aging techniques to benefit our wines.
